2026 - 2027  FLAVA FRESH 23 ! Juried, Multiple Art Exhibition Presentation Series of Contemporary Fine Art.   

This years run of the annual FLAVA FRESH ! Series will be comprised as usual of multiple scheduled Group Exhibitions which begin with the delivery of the first display of participants work to our first venue in early June 2026.   The complete Series season will run through late-January of 2027.   The exhibitions are open to all artists who are able to submit their information, meet the criteria and requirements, agree to abide by our mandatory standards/rules, are selected to participate and can Hand-Deliver and Retrieve/Pick-Up their artworks to/from each venue/site.   All work must be original, created by the submitting artist, new or created within the last five years, and must have never been displayed in any edition of the annual FLAVA FRESH ! exhibition Presentation Series.  

The exhibitions and associated events will be on view in-person and promoted on social media through FLAVA FRESH ! and by each Artist Participant.     

The "Artist Participant Fee" for the complete Series of exhibitions and the Receptions is $70.00, which is our usual fee and runs less than $20.00 per showcase.

Annual Juried Exhibition Presentation Series Of Contemporary Fine Art before, send an email with your Name and the words "FLAVA FRESH 23 ! Artist Submission" in the Subject Line, and include the following:

• Website(s)

• Social(s)

• Brief Biography and Artist Statement regarding the specific artwork that you will be showing.    

• If you do not have a website please send 4 - 6 Low Resolution Jpeg Images, and information with Titles, Mediums, and Size of each of the artworks by email to BOTH of the following email addresses >  UrbaneDArt@aol.com    and    FLAVAFRESHIndianapolis1@gmail.com  .      

Please send ONLY well taken, sharp/clear, focused, professional quality images with the artwork centered on a solid white, gray or black background.   

* If your work is selected by the adjudication Committee, you will be notified by email.     

We will send the timeline and information in regard to your meeting with the Curator and/or the Artist Coordinator to pay the Non-Refundable "Artist Participant Fee" which should take no more than ten minutes along with the Delivery of your first piece to be featured in this years annual Series showcase which is a "ONE-PIECE-SHOW".   

** THIS FIRST VENUE/SITE DOES NOT ALLOW ADULT SUBJECT MATTER:   

containing frontal nude/completely nude portrayals of figurative art. 

NO lewd, sexually explicit, vulgar or hateful/malevolent artwork will be accepted in this particular venue!!! 

***  The presentation of each of your pieces in all of our venues MUST BE ON POINT OR IT WILL NOT BE INSTALLED and you will forfeit participation in that segment of the Series. 

Artwork that is not suitable under the FLAVA FRESH ! standards of presentation will NOT be displayed or included.

Participants will then have regular updates sent by email inclusive of detailed information for each artwork exhibition's Delivery and subsequent Pick-Up to each specific exhibition venue.

NOTE:   The artwork piece itself has to be maximum 20" by 20" total or less for this specific 1st showcase, including the dimensions of the frame, if it is framed.     

If Your Artwork is Selected;

2-Dimensional Artwork:  For the FIRST Venue/Site:  The artwork piece itself has to be maximum 20" by 20" total or less for this specific 1st showcase, including the dimensions of the frame, if it is framed.     

3-Dimensional Artwork:   If you are New to the Series, please notify us promptly if you intend to show 3-D work which has to be a maximum of 24 inches or less in height by 18" wide, total or less to stand upright in the enclosed cases including utilizing an easel (if applicable).   This first venue has enclosed pedestal showcases.  

If you prefer, upon payment you will receive a receipt by email within 48 hours.

Our exhibitions are designed to provide the participants with exposure, media promotion and professional exhibition experience as well as to give guests, art enthusiasts and potential clients - novice and established art collectors the opportunity to become more aware of, and to gain greater interest and appreciation for the work of innovative newly-discovered, emergent, early-career and early-to-mid career contemporary artists in the region.

By presenting fresh new artworks in each of the multiple venues, we extend the viewing of your wonderful creations to a much broader spectrum of audience.   

As always, our exhibitions and events are free and open to the public of all ages.   The exhibitions will be publicized through organizational media and regular media outlets,  and we really appreciate the participants' promotion of the events also!    We ask that you REALLY put YOUR BEST into YOUR WORK and in Being a VALUED part of the Series !!!
