Fishers Arts Council's 3rd annual Día de Muertos cultural experiences expands in 2026 as we partner with Fishers Parks' Boo Bash! While we will still offer activities like contributions (ofrendas) to the community altar, live music, we'll be adding artisan vendors to the experience. Fishers Parks' Boo Bash event brings 5,000-10,000 patrons to the Municipal Complex each year for this annual family favorite. Artisans will be grouped together outside on the Central Green and inside Fishers Municipal Center. Limited spaces are available and we will avoid repeated vendors.
All artists MUST submit a BOOTH PHOTO in the online application in addition to photos of what you wish to sell at your booth. All items MUST be HANDMADE; prints of the artist's original work are permitted.
Resale items are NOT permitted.
Saturday, October 31: Día de Muertos - part of Fishers Parks' Boo Bash
Location: Central Green & Fishers Municipal Center, 1 Municipal Dr, Fishers
Load In: 8:00am-9:45am (current estimate)
Event: 10:00am-2:00pm
Load Out: 2:00pm-3:30pm (driving up for load out will being close to 2:30pm)
Booth Fee for Artistan Vendors: $10
There is NO application fee. Vendors pay their booth fee AFTER they are notified of acceptance into the event by Fishers Arts Council.
Who can submit: Arts, Crafts, Handmade Goods
Highly recommend for arts/crafts that celebrate Día de Muertos, Hispanic Culture, or Halloween/Autumn
What is Required/Additional Information
Outdoor vendors that wish to have own tent/canopy (any color) must supply it themselves
All canopies must have 40 lb. weight per leg due to winds - 160 lbs total. Outdoor booths will be located on grass. If you don't own weights, FAC recommends water softener salt bags. Jugs of water are NOT acceptable. If you do not have proper weights, you will NOT be allowed to set up. YOU CANNOT STAKE INTO CITY PROPERTY.
Outdoor vendors must supply their own table/display materials and be able to process your own sales.
Indoor vendors will be provided with a 5' table and chair. Any display materials and linens are the artisan's responsibility, and must be able to process your own sales.
Electricity is NOT provided. Please plan accordingly.
Wifi is NOT provided. Please plan accordingly.
Outdoor vendors should be able to park near their booth space for load-in, but will have to move their vehicle once unloaded. The same for load-out. Details will be provided upon acceptance.
Indoor vendors should be able to park nearby to unload, but can also bring items the night before. Vehicles cannot park onsite. Details will be provided upon acceptance.
In the event you need to cancel your participation after paying your booth fee, we will refund fifty percent (50%) of your booth fee if your written notice of cancellation is received by the Fishers Arts Council at info@fishersartscouncil.org on or before Saturday, October 17, 2026. After October 17, 2026, a refund is not available.
