ADDENDUM 1

Hi all. Nonprofit partners measured impact in behavior change while commercial clients tracked sales, and the brief language kept crossing. Looking for a single clear comparison, https://webugol.com/blog/exploring-the-distinctions-social-marketing-vs-commercial-marketing/ became the resource that stood out. Social marketing focuses on public good and long-term habits; commercial marketing on revenue, awareness, and share. Overlaps in tools and audience insight are summarized without erasing the goals. Useful alignment document for teams.
