Fishers Juneteenth Jubilee was first held on June 20, 2020 at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater. It was created by Fishers Equity Awareness, a student organization from Fishers & Hamilton Southeastern High Schools, with support from Fishers Racial Equity Efforts (F.R.E.E.). In 2022, management and organization of the event shifted to Fishers High School's Future Black Leaders Club and Fishers Arts Council was asked to provide administrative support for the event under the direction of the students. In 2023, the Jubilee was moved to Conner Prairie and with their support the event has continued to thrive. In 2026, the high school club changed it's name to Fishers Black Leaders and still continues the traditions and leadership goals of the original club.
Fishers Arts Council continues to provide administrative support through web hosting, payment processing, and contracting vendors and musicians under the direction of the FHS Fishers Black Leaders Club .
