November EXHIBIT at the Art Gallery at City Hall: Duty, Honor, Creativity

Submissions are open for Fishers Arts Council's newest exhibit: Duty, Honor, Creativity. We welcome entries from active duty, reserves, and veterans who are artists. All works must be original to the artist. All mediums are welcome. 2-D works in any medium must be prepped with a wire, weigh no more than 30 lbs., and not exceed more than 60" in any direction. 3-D work is permitted, but only five pieces can be accepted. Size limitations vary - submit your work and we can discuss possibilities. Artists who are interested will be interviewed during our reception by board member, Pat Grabill.

This exhibit will be open to the public from November 3 - November 26, 2025

Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays.

There will be a free Second Friday Gallery Hop public reception on Friday, November 14, from 5-9 PM.

Live music, refreshments, community.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: 3:00PM EST on Friday, October 17, 2025

Artists will be notified of their acceptance into the exhibit by/before September 19, 2025 Artwork Drop Off: Saturday, November 1 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM  Artwork Pick Up: Monday, December 1 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to submit for this opportunity, artists must:

· Be a resident of Indiana (priority given to Fishers residents, if necessary);

· Provide family friendly art that matches the theme of the exhibit.

· Be an active service member, reserves member, or a veteran

REQUIREMENTS:

· Provide three (3) to six (6) pieces of art (with a possibility of more)

· Be available to drop off art as mentioned for the specific exhibit

· Have the art on exhibit during the entire exhibit period listed above

· Be available to pick up art as mentioned for the specific exhibit

· Meet the FAC hanging/display requirements (see addendum 1 below)

· Preferred attendance at public reception, for the specific exhibit
