Car + Art Show returns for 2026 - part of the Spark!Fishers Saturday Festival. Submissions can be made by clicking here: fishersartscouncil.org/submit If you do not receive an email confirming your submission, reach out to info@fishersartscouncil.org
Artists and Artisans will be grouped together by the best of our ability, near the cars that will be on display.
All artists MUST submit a BOOTH PHOTO in the online application in addition to photos of what you wish to sell at your booth. All items MUST be HANDMADE; prints of the artist's original work are permitted.
Resale items are NOT permitted.

Saturday, June 27: CAR + ART SHOW - PART OF SPARK!FISHERS SATURDAY
Location: North Lot of Fire Dept., 2 Municipal Dr, Fishers plus additional areas
Load In: 12:30pm-3:30pm (current estimate)
Event: 4:00pm-10:00pm Lights Out for Fireworks 10:00pm-10:30pm
Load Out: 10:00pm-11:30pm (driving up for load out will being close to 11pm)
Booth Fee for Artist Vendors: $50
A free booth is possible if an engaging artist demonstration or interactive activity is provided by the artist. Include these details in your submission form.
There is NO application fee. Vendors pay their booth fee AFTER they are notified of acceptance into the fair by Fishers Arts Council.
Who can submit: Arts, Crafts, Handmade Goods
Highly recommend for arts/crafts that reflect classic and muscle cars
What is Required/Additional Information
All vendors must supply their own tent/canopy (any color). Umbrellas are not permitted.
All canopies must have 40 lb. weight per leg due to winds. Booths will be located on concrete or grass. If you don't own weights, FAC recommends water softener salt bags. Jugs of water are NOT acceptable. If you do not have proper weights, you will NOT be allowed to set up. YOU CANNOT STAKE INTO CITY PROPERTY.
All vendors must supply their own table/display materials and be able to process your own sales.
Electricity is NOT provided. Please plan accordingly.
Wifi is NOT provided. Please plan accordingly.
Vendors on concrete will be able to pull up to their booth space for load-in, but will have to move their vehicle once unloaded. The same for load-out. Vendors on grass will need to park and pull. Details will be provided upon acceptance.
In the event you need to cancel your participation after paying your booth fee, we will refund fifty percent (50%) of your booth fee if your written notice of cancellation is received by the Fishers Arts Council at info@fishersartscouncil.org on or before Friday, May 29, 2026. After May 29 2026, a refund is not available.
