Fishers Arts Council - Supporting the Performing and Visual Arts

Starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, September, 18, the Fishers Town Center will be full of art, crafts, food and entertainment as the Fishers Arts Council hosts its 5th Annual Art in the Park. Held in conjunction with the Fishers Chamber of Commerce’s Farmers Market, the event offers a fun-filled day for families and art enthusiasts alike.

Fishers Arts Council is proud to present a new juried art show called “A Taste of Art” in conjunction with Fishers Chamber of Commerce’s “Flavor of Fishers” on Saturday, July 31st from Noon to 8 p.m.

ANNOUNCING the first annual HsEARTS INC. district wide art show! On March 27th & 28th the Art Department of Hamilton Southeastern Schools will be hosting the first annual art show in the HSE HS cafeteria from 2-5pm. With over 500 pieces of student work, the art department will be showcasing the talents of many young artists. This is an extraordinary event open to the public, so don’t miss out! The Fishers Renaissance Faire announced today that it will hold a series of auditions starting in February 2010 for people interested in performing at the 6th annual Fishers Renaissance Faire.

The sights and sounds of holidays past come to life for the whole family as you stroll indoors through a gingerbread wonderland! Visit with a Victorian-era Santa Claus, meet the Gingerbread Man, sit fireside for storytelling with the Gingerbread Lady, craft a holiday decoration to take home, enjoy a theatrical presentation, play with 19th-century toys [...]
