EXHIBITION RULES/INFORMATION |
- Each show is a juried, fine art show. All work must be that of the artist.
- Display space for artist is 12’ X 12’. Artists are responsible for providing their own display set up and are required to clean their entire area before they leave.
- There is no electricity available.
- All artists exhibiting at “Art in the Park” are required to remain open for the full
published hours of the events rain or shine.- Hours are: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. for “Art in the Park” on September 18, 2010
- The artist must be in attendance the day of the event – substitutes are not allowed. Each artist must submit
an application, even if sharing booth space. - Please submit 2 (two) images of your work with your application for each medium you plan to sell the day of
the event. No exceptions. - Applications should be submitted via US mail to include booth fees and samples due with application:
- “Art in the Park”: $75
- Application deadline is August 10, 2010, for either or both shows.
- Late entries will not be accepted.
- Notification of Acceptance will be made by September 1, 2010.
